Just had a look at the 250gms of tofu we eat which is prepared with calcium sulphate on Cronometer, the results for protein and calcium are amazing! Thank you for the video. With cooked broccoli add some freshly crushed mustard seeds.

    Research phytic acids in foods.
    Also, soya needs to be fermented for 5 years to remove the toxins in it. This is why so many people can't tolerate soya.
