I noticed moringa helped my joint pain a lot. Which led me to look into inflammation being the possible underlying cause, which seems to be correct because after a low inflammation diet, I also have much less joint pain – even after no longer taking moringa. The reason I haven't been taking morning is because of long covid symptoms and concerns about possible blood clotting or thicker blood with long covid and I've read that moringa can thicken blood. I've also been taking Nattokinase, Serrapeptase, CoQ10 with Piperine, PQQ, and Longvida optimized Curcumin extract from Turmeric root… and knowing moringa is powerful but not knowing enough about it I stopped taking it. Any info anyone has is appreciated for what I'm taking and whether they think it's ok to take moringa along with it or not. Thanks.
