Wow…I started having heart palps 5 yrs ago; was in/out of hospital constantly. Fast fed 2yrs my thyroid & (parathyroid is removed due to high calcium and other parathyroids were damaged during thyroid removal; on high calcium & calcitriol for life). Calcium cannot get regulated which led to kidney damage. Been gaining weight like crazy…labs show pre-diabetes. Before all these issue cropped up(actually before gallbladder removal) my labs were always perfect & I stayed effortlessly slim. Crazy how these important minerals & hormones & jack us up when they get out of kilter.
Green leafy veg is giving me digestive issues, although I'm Ok with salad greens and herbs.
