  3. Rhonda, could you please direct me to the studies related to sulforaphane and omega 3 for autism and/or development. I have a nephew who is very delayed and I need more compelling evidence to convince my brother-in-law 🙏 Also, can you cook the Morninga without diminishing the myrosinase. Baking with it may the best option for children with autism, given they don't like trying new things

    Is yello a European variety?? Mustard was to Hardy to be gmo until reciently.. i have heard of gmo mustard avaliable here too now

  5. Hm. He complains that there is no long term data on a carnivore diet, but a few minutes earlier says that a 16 week study shows that his supplements are perfectly safe and have zero unwanted side effects. Then he says humans have not evolved to eat only meat, but he doesn't show any evidence that humans evolved eating broccoli sprouts or supplements either. Can't have it both ways.

  6. This guys thinks you get scurvy when eating meat only. What planet does he live on? I think he's completely uninformed about this diet, but pretends he knows everything based on his knowledge of completely different diets. Not a good scientist! Sorry.

  7. I was given broccoli seeds which came up All over the garden with small fronds I proceeded to eat the whole plant in lots of ways, I now have tons of minute seeds to harvest, they have been grown in homemade soil. Would this upgrade the qauality of the plant

  8. Dear Rhonda, you have something on your cheek that shouldn't be there. Suppose it would be a benign cancer, at least cells that have formed something independently. Do you think it could go away with cauliflower? I do not think so! At least not with you anymore. For me it is a sign that the organism is weakened right there! In my opinion you could try to improve this weakness for your next generation, i.e. your children with raw bio cauliflor and so on. Because unprocessed and natural it could refresh the genes. In this way I think.
    But cancer is fare more than that.

  9. Hello Dr. Rhonda, I have a question in regards to amounts. This question really aims at all RDA's of all vitamins and minerals. You have spoken a lot about fasting, and the fact our ancestors would have to hunt for meals, and sometimes wouldn't eat for days (fasting). In this podcast Dr Jed says it's better to eat or supplement everyday. My Question : Is this not then too much consumption. If you was to get 100% of the RDA of all nutrients and minerals everyday can that not be too much, or its excessive, or its unnecessary?

    I hope you could answer this in a future podcast or on your website or a blog etc. Would be good for others here to get involved in this comment too.

  10. interesting that some supplements you listed are marketed as vision supplements. I remember taking moringa oil capsules (malunggay in our side of the world) a few years back because I was breastfeeding and I was pleasantly surprised that my eye doctor said that my nearsightedness improved from 200 to 50

  11. They taste like Willie Nelsons bandana but they kept my gout at bay for years now so I'm very grateful. Bit weird finding out I've been doing it slightly wrong fo 5 yrs by freezing em twice but hey ho it's a work in progress. 👍

  12. I have type two diabetes and had hard time with blood sugar being in high 200s. Now my glucose after taking Moringa powder Kuli Kuli is in 80s to 120. I maybe super sensitive to it but it really works for me!!!! Love broccoli sprouts too!!! Just want to add I started to take Moringa after listening to this video. And want to thank you for the information.
