  2. I know this has been two years ago but I started using moringa 3 months ago. I buy it fresh, dry it in my airfryer then blend it to powder. I take up to 3 tsp a day. I have seen dramatic changes in my BP. I have also noticed something concerning though… My resting heart rate will some times drop into the upper 50's. I do not take beta blockers. Besides aspirin, 1.25mg of Amlodipine are the only daily meds I take. Also 5mg atovastatin every other day. I had an ischemic stroke three years ago from a blocked carotid artery. I had surgery to clean it and started working on getting healthy. I'm now 50lbs lighter, with a normal BMI. My last A1c was 5.4 and cholesterol numbers are finally in the good range. Should I continue with the moringa? Is that the issue with my lowered resting heart rate now? Thanks for any advice.

    I start taking moringa powder and tea my systolic dropped 15mm from 145 to 130 but my diastolic remains the same reading at 90mm so please what should i do to drop my diastolic to 80. I dont take any Medication yet

  7. I watched this video 3 years ago and bought some moringa powder, but I found the taste too disgusting to cope with consuming it in drinks and food. Today I bought some more moringa powder, and I'm trying again. This time I have bought some vegan empty capsules and a capsule filling machine and have made my own moringa capsules. I have no problem consuming these, so I hope my results are as good as yours.

    A point which may be helpful. You made a latte with oat milk. Unfortunately Alpro oat milk contains sunflower oil. Seed oils (vegetable oils) contain large amounts of omega-6 and trans fats, which cause inflammation, diabetes, heart disease and cancer. You could use almond milk, made from a powder, instead.

  9. I developed sciatica with my last pregnancy and almost 6 months later, it has not resolved. I was so concerned about the amount of ibuprofen and Panadol combos per day I was ingesting as pain management so started looking into natural remedies.
    I’m currently using magnesium spray and this helps and has cut down my pain meds use significantly. Down to using only Panadol once a day.
    I recalled a grand uncle who swears by moringa so started researching this today to help heal my liver and take me all the way off pain meds. I’m very optimistic this is what I’m missing. My hubby and kids will be coming on this journey as well.
