Reports are that a huge percent of the nutritional value of Moringa is destroyed if heated to too high a temperature.
Drying in a warm but shaded location is considered best for max. nutrition retention but I imagine in a Commercial business, time would be a major consideration especially when the level of nutrition left after drying is probably not done.

Question about a couple things? Do you sell it? If yes, where? Also, I saw you placed the dried leaves in an oven. Are you using heat??? Also, I saw that you pressed these into tablets instead of capsules. Isn't heat used as well to press it into tablets? I've learned over the years that certain heat levels can destroy nutrients. thank you

be very carefull if the plant are being sprayed with pesticide and if it is organicically grown and the leaves at irradiated for presence of pest before manufacturing to a health supplement product do not be fooled everybodies health is important investigate this is just an opinion
