I have recently stumbled across this Moringa in my current earnest search to heal myself from the damage incurred through making the mistake of trusting a regular medical doctor to know what they are talking about when it comes to the whole anxiety/depression issue. They don't. Yet. And I will continue to educate anyone and everyone who comes into my path at any level how ridiculously wrong and dangerous and addictive/dependancy-creating the drugs still currently referred to "antidepressant medication" are, when in fact at best they will only put someone in a state of intoxication anosognosia and then eventually in the horrible state of tardive dysphoria and then the indescribable hell of attempting to wean off…. When in fact most oftentimes all we needed in the first place was a stronger nutritionally balanced diet for a start. And whole foods – not processed. And definitely not adding more toxins to our poor bodies and brains which is all these drugs are. (Indeed I learn their are actually wiser psychiatrists out there now using just probiotics INSTEAD of "antidepressant medication" with great success because of the relationship between a healthy gut and our mental/emotional wellbeing.) The way of the future is to get ourselves to a holistically aware dietary nutritionist to customise our dietary needs for when we are feeling down of any kind – and stay the hell away from all drugs from pharmaceutical companies (who have being proving themselves over and over to not care about peoples health whatsoever and only about their money).
