  2. I just started using moringa and I am using the powder. I didn't know how much to use, and I used like 2 Tblsp in about 4 ozs of water..
    Omg… so gross but I drank it like a trooper, and my belly hurt like crazy.
    Next day.. did the same thing again cause it was good for me… then I found out I was using way too much.
    Anyway, I will try these recipes and see how it works for me.
