  2. Thank you for all your great videos! They helped me a lot in the last few days! I have two questions: I have an inflammed stomach and my stomach can`t stand legumes any more. So once I was vegan, but now I sometimes eat meat again. But I love animals so much and I don`t want to hurt them anymore! So I just began to eat eggs and drink milk again as in my culture (European/Austrian) normaly eaten, and in a Video you are saying, that one should eat what is normal in culture. So should I have to eat meat and eggs also, or have I give it up if I want to make Yoga and to heal my body? – I hope this sounds not disrespectfully because I am no Indian person. I love Indian Culture, it saved my life a few years ago. But I love my culture too. So what should I do and how should I eat?

  3. It seems that the video is only for vegetarians. How about mentioning red meet, fish and egg? They will give you more vitamin D than milk, curd, soya milk and mushroom.
