I love that you covered how easy it is to grow Moringa from seed. The ones at the nurseries probably wouldn’t grow as well either. I’ve heard they can be stunted if they’re kept in pots for too long.
We had a very similar experience growing Moringa here in urban Tucson too. I think some of ours might be close to 20’. I can’t believe how fast these trees can grow. Almost kudzu-like.
I started mine from seed in June and it is now 6.5 feet tall. I have heard people say they don’t transplant well, and are less drought resistant if started in a pot.
Thank you for this, I was just wondering what the tall tree was in my yard. We trimmed it and it grew back fast. I’m cutting most of it down because it’s not in an ideal spot.
