Ingredients:
3-4 cups drumstick (moringa) leaves
½ cup grated coconut
(Tip: Use ½ quantity of coconut to moringa leaves BY WEIGHT)
1 tsp oil
½ tsp cumin seeds
2 crimson chilies or cayenne pepper to your style
1-2 tsp break up chana dal (break up & roasted chickpea lentil)
1-2 tsp break up urad dal (aka black gram lentil/matpe beans)
2-3 tsp seedless tamarind soaked in water or 2 tsp lemon juice

I often make moringa leaves chutney. I prefer to add fresh coconut, some garlic and ginger as well.
I have also made moring leaves chutney in combination with palak leaves. That also comes out very tasty.
This chatni, is the house hold food in India, who knows little bit of Ayurveda. This is rich in iron. In India almost everyone knows about this.

Too many small branches of the leaves included. The small branches will create intestinal issues. Take the leaves. Spend time removing the small branches.
Even the tender twigs can b cooked with moongdhal …add pepper n salt n drink as a soup….crushing the twigs n moongdhal togsthet

Sir these days I've started subst tuiting amla instead of tamarind.. you can try it. Lemon does turn bitter sometimes but amla give a twist to the taste too..
For one night cover moringa stems in a cotton cloth next day all the leaves separate by themselves from the stem

On my way to home there are drumstick trees, I pluck few leaves and at home nicely wash,rince and very fine chope and add to already cooked any curry for the day and boil. add salt for taste. Try this.

I have Moringa tree in my backyard.fresh leaves & lots of florets coming out .From florets the so called drumsticks which we put & daal & Samba . After watching this I will make chutni for sure .
One more way of using moringa flowers is in form of Raita. Blanch moringa flowers, add to curd along with green coriander, pudina. One of the most delicious and healthy form of raita.
For how long it can store
I have created a sauce with Morings leaves along with few other ingredients. It's as good or better than the World famous Italian Pesto sauce. I have named the sauce as " Nugge sauce'. With which we can. Make several dishes and kids love this sauce.
