So what does it mean if you buy moringa powder and they refuse to let you use it at all for health, should you discard the stash and start over from scratch, or do you have to block them due to being overly critical and nastily vampiric spies
Amazing, I had the same experience after my new purchase of moringa powder. As a T2 diabetic I check my fasting blood glucose daily. Last week I saw an unusual 10 mg drop in daily fasting glucose, then it went up this week. When I looked back at my diet diary for the past two weeks, I realized that last week I was consuming 1 tsp of moringa every day but skipped it this week. Moringa lowers my post prandial glucose too, so this is quite promising.
Which moringa is best and where to buy from and how much and how to be consumed. Please someone advise. Much appreciated

I bought some Moringa capsules at Walmart. I noticed an immediate drop in my blood sugar readings. I am pre Diabetic. About 5 to 10 points lower. I also take Berberine but it seems the Moringa is even better.
