  2. I have to disagree about the mild flavor. I have to pinch my nose and add lemon to the water to get it down. A dose greater than 1 teaspoon takes the taste from bad to foul. And I am one who is used to bitter tastes. I have heard people compare the taste to spinach, which is nonsense. Had I known about the awful taste, I would have purchased capsules. Almost none of these videos

  4. No one addresses deeper questions. 1 cup of leaves = ? Quantity of powder? Doses given are different and frequency of using is different. No clarity. I Will try 1 month at the 1 st tsp level to see its effect on arthritis, auto immune… Though 1 video says take no more than 2 weeks straight 1 month off, , another says pain come back in 2 days after stopping.. guess these posts are advertising a product… we will see.
