Moringa is NOT new…but thanks for the rest of the insightful info.
Edit: ps. it's also historically grown and used in many parts of Africa for medicine, food (soups, stews, salads etc), teas, cosmetic (lotions/pomades, soaps etc.)
Awesome video
very informative!
Thank you for this information.
Is it advice for high blood pressure patient
Nice info many thanks
I never do this, but I always read reviews. Moringa scared me in the beginning, I broke out on my lips, hands & feet really bad. I stopped using it for about a week to see if it wld go away, it did. I resumed consumption at a lower dosage (1 tspn) & I've bn using it daily since. I've noticed some key changes in my body. Able to do things I couldn't do for yrs before. I plan on continuing Moringa as a daily supplement along with my normal day to day regimen. What I am saying is, u should definitely try it & see if it changes u for the better.
You can safely take up to 6 grams a day or 1 tablespoon.
We alway add moringa to a soup with coconut milk & chicken yummy 😋
Very good info. What's the dosage per day.
it is also available in the Philippines and they grow abundantly anywhere. the leaves are eaten as vegetables added to soups, or stew. they are given to undernourished children to improve their health. Most families have this plant in their backyards. it is also available in the market and are very inexpensive.
it is called Malunggay or kamalunggay in the Philippines.
it alsoo grows in the philippines not just in these areas you mentioned
moringa is good for your health
I just received moringa seeds from the Baker (non GMO, organic) seed co. I have a couple of trees growing, but these seeds are BUSH plants…can be grown in a pot if you live in a climate that has cold winters (I'm in Costa Rica so I don't have that).
Moringa does very well in drier areas in Kenya
Great
Thanks
