  1. Doc why do I find so many conflicting videos and articles that say don't take spirulina. Cancer this..heavy metals that ecetera. Some swear it's very good others say don't take it. I'm confused

  2. I call BS on this. Usually he is spot on BUT!!, Almond Milk is just a bunch of chemicals in a bottle. In reality there are only 4-5 almonds in the bottle and the rest is gums and chemicals. Why not just use organic grass fed whole milk.

  3. Hopefully this helps someone. It took me a while to realize that I can't lose weight because my liver and kidneys were not healthy. I'm on day 2 of a liver and kidney cleanse and I'm finally starting to feel healthy.
