  3. the pandemic was the last straw for my gym.it closed forever.between lockdown and menapause starting at the end of lockdown even though i was working out during lockdown i have put on 16 pounds and have menapause belly.i tried the apple cider,cinnamin,lemon with camomile tea and i work out 5-6 days.they don't work.
    i wanna lose 10-12 pounds.
    i will try this and see what happens.
